One of the tellers forgot who helps pay her salary.... Tsk tsk. Guess going home a few mins early and talking to your friend was more important... Every time I deal with this CU I'm more and more convinced the front staff are about as incompetent as it gets. Looking forwards to labor force shrinkage.
I have had this bank for years now . I love it.
I can't imagine who would say anything negative about the staff. At this branch, everyone is always wonderful Including the manager.. I've been at this branch for over two years . Everyone is super friendly. They even address me by my name when I come in Where do you get that type of customer service these days?. And Ann is absolutely the best.
They helped me get my first credit card to start with. As no one else accepted me due to no credit at all . This place is very friendly with everyone in it and helpful . I would recommend this place to any young ones looking to get a credit card for first starters.
