Drive thru sucks!!! They make you wait 10 to 15 mins before anyone even notice you are there and then when they notice is just to tell you ill be with you in a moment to make you wait 10 more. Then someone came after me and when they started helping ppl they help the other person first. Under staff is one thing and Laziness is another. The bank is completely empty inside. They should pay more attention. So if you are using this bank in South Hanvoer DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU!!!
They are great here. I have an auto loan with them, and they offer a lot of incentives to members. I have no complaints
What a crazy, crooked company. I refused to pay a $30 charge on my Members First Credit Card, Ebay because it was a bootleg, so they closed my account after being a customer for about 9 years, and now they claim I have 9 unpaid amounts, I'm guessing all the stupid late fees? TERRIBLE CROOKED COMPANY!
