Had a great experience until I tried to do anything with my business account. Apparently if you need to give a log in or any kind of access to your ACCOUTNANT or pay ANY vendor you need to open a "cash management" account which they charge you monthly for. You know to use your own money. This can take 3 weeks according to them. If you run a business do NOT use members 1st. It's a hassle, they don't keep you in the loop, and you will be unable to pay your vendors in the mean time. They're friendly enough but do not give you a... read more

I visited this location on Saturday morning. I had some paperwork that had to be filled out. I was warmly greeted by Luis. Right away I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to fill out the needed information and asked me to review it before I left. I never got the feeling I was an inconvenience. He is very friendly and an asset to this branch.
