I'm surprised to see the negative reviews of this branch. I usually go in the evenings on the weekdays and the employees are always friendly and eager to help. I arrived a minute before closing today and asked if they'd still be able to help me, and they did, with a smile no less! I feel like they always make an effort to ensure I have a good experience.
Worst experience ever one person told one thing the other person something different at the the end they took my money and I came out with no banco account thank you for the lollipop
Edit May 15th now are debit cards have been compromised four times this year. The last one we hadn't even used yet. If you're using a debit card for Members 1st you're a fool. I'm already in the process of switching to PNC and reported your lousy reimbursement of lost funds to the Better Business Bureau. Your disputes have proved futile. Zero stars do not recommend!!!!! My Wife and I have had our debit cards HACKED 3 times THIS YEAR! First hers,then mine and yesterday hers again!!! Your whole debit card and dispute practices... read more
