I visited this location on Saturday morning. I had some paperwork that had to be filled out. I was warmly greeted by Luis. Right away I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to fill out the needed information and asked me to review it before I left. I never got the feeling I was an inconvenience. He is very friendly and an asset to this branch. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews of this branch. I usually go in the evenings on the weekdays and the employees are always friendly and eager to help. I arrived a minute before closing today and asked if they'd still be able to help me, and they did, with a smile no less! I feel like they always make an effort to ensure I have a good experience.
