I recently had a debt that I was trying to settle with this bank. so they don't put members first. so they definitely need a name change. The only way I could settle a debt was with direct deposit. no payment plan. wouldn't give me a loan to settle the debt. Refuse to work with me. this isn't the bank for you. And they definitely don't put members first. not even close to being a credit union either. Credit unions normally take care of their members. Not this one. avoid them at all cost.
