One star because there is no option to give zero. Upon my wife passing in May of 2023, without notice, Members 1st stopped the auto draft for my car payment - so I "missed" the June payment. Apparently the IRS or someone (I could never get a clear answer) notified them of her death and they unilaterally dropped the loan auto draft on our "joint" account, which in their world, was no longer a joint account because she died. Great bank.
Went to multiple locations to make a deposit. Hours online and on the doors say 5pm. It was 4:30 when I got to the second one and yet neither were open. This is ridiculous.
Love this Bank everybody there is friendly. Good people
