Terrible experience! I waited over two weeks to open a business account, and the representative attitude was completely unprofessional. She was disrespectful to me. Not impressed at all.
Disappointed with Member's 1st. Almost 11 years as a customer. After unexpectedly being put on bedrest during twin pregnancy, I applied for equity loan modification till I return to work because FMLA/Maternity leave is unpaid. I was hoping to either lower payments or defer till I go back to work. I was told I should have gotten the disability insurance which was almost 1/3 -1/2 of the monthly payment and denied modification/defferrment due to low income.
