Be cautious of this credit union, especially the Carlisle Crossings , and the High street branches have fully trained staff?. I had gone to both, spoke perfect English and was told they understood what I was referring to “ they were both locals by the way” only to come up short. High Street fixed the mistake but the time and inconvenience was awful. Carlisle Crossings I lost almost $80.00. I have just been informed that my loyalty status with Members 1st has decreased because the amount of money I owe them has decreased, ie…I am making regular payments on loans as expected. Seems like they don’t care about “loyalty” as much as they claim.
Been here over 10 years
they give me a bad service for having physical difficulties they kept me waiting for more than two hours and ignored me
