I’ve been a member for more than 30 years and have been a 5 star for most of that time. Your latest version of the mobile app (specifically the bill pay service) is a disaster. Your prior version was simple and straightforward. I could make all my bill payments in a matter of a minute. The new version requires multiple steps for each payment, is different to determine the date of last payment and is incredibly frustrating as the screen bounces all around after each step.
