I used to think that Credit Unions were a safer, more human driven option to standard banking, but unfortunately Member's 1st has let me down over and over again. The latest issue being that every time I tried to use my debit card, my transaction would be blocked for "fraud." Happened to my Father recently as well. An AI system is always scanning your account for "fraud" and will flag you for it, too. The people are nice enough, but the hours are very inconvenient and being closed on saturdays makes it very hard to get something done if you work a 9-5. They close at 4:30 m-t.. so your one chance to get there is Friday.. they’re open till 6… and that’s just what you want to do when your week is winding down. The ATM is also out of order roughly 50% of the time.

Google hours show they are open on Saturdays. They are definitely NOT open on Saturdays. Close at 4:30pm during the week. Almost impossible to get there for those who work full time without taking time off of work. Received response from Members 1st Credit Union President offering several alternatives to in-office transactions, none of which are useful for the business that I needed to handle.

I came into the credit union on Friday, I went to a teller named Sam, upon walking up to her counter it appeared to me as she was upset that I came in as she was applying plastic fingernails on her, made me wonder if I was at a credit union or nail saloon I wasn’t really greeted and she seemed like she didn’t even want to be there.
