This will be my first time ever posting a negative review. I recently purchased a vehicle that our dealership financed. The dealership had me complete applications with Sierra central and members first. They said they would pick whichever gave them the lower rate. I thought it was weird being able to drive off with the car without a specific loan(that should have been my first clue). They were a pleasure to work with! Opened account in one day with no problems. We had a TERRIBLE experience trying to open account with Sierra Central recently (2023). Much better experience by phone and in person with Members 1st. We are a retired couple with very high credit rating and expect a lot from institutions where we place our hard earned dollars.
