Members 1st was great. Lost access to everything in the transition to Rogue. Can’t use the app or the website. After my direct deposit goes through I’ll be emptying my account once I figure out how.
Very Slow. ATM not working. Understaffed or incompetent.
Member’s LAST is more like it! They continue to put a lock on my husband’s account that he’s had since 2014. He’s had multiple embarrassing situations where we’ve attempted to make a purchase or pay off our vehicle’s car loan and it fails to go through. Today was the final straw. I guess if you’re an average Joe who doesn’t have 10’s to 100’s of thousands of dollars in your account regularly you’re just a second, or better yet, no class citizen to these people.
