I’d love to know what percentage of customers who had an account with members first credit union prior to the merger voted for rogue credit union. Was members first doing poorly or was it rogue credit union that was suffering? I signed up with members first credit union and the only reason I didn’t choose to close my account with them was because of the early direct deposits…Seriously, members first credit union was garbage. Not enough staff to take of the customers. Told to come back or go to Redding. Might as well close Anderson location. Also not able to make an appointment in Anderson ca. location.
Convenient location and very kind staff. I’m excited for Rogue to be in Northern California!

Rogue Credit Union ruined the best credit union around...Members 1st. I have had a number of problems with Rogue since the merging of the two. I heard multiple customers are moving to another bank...even the employees are quitting their jobs because Rogue is garbage!
