Rogue just took over my old Credit Union Members 1st. Customer service is terrible. Members 1st would answer a call from customer within minutes. I have been on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone and still no answer. The app is not user friendly as far as readability. I am not very happy about this reduction in quality.
Dealing with the customer service here is a nightmare. It's deeply unfortunate that Member's First was bought out by these guys because it's been nothing but poor experiences since. If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Unfortunately the lowest you can go, is 1.

Nice bank and tellers are friendly. The only problem is they only have a drive up atm. Theres no atmosphere inside.
