I've had members first bank since 2017 and haven't had any issues like one other bank I won't mention
I've been banking here for years. The personal service is appreciated.
Even with the, since they were FENC. Never had an issue or complaint. Have gotten a couple of car loans from them and always got great rates.
I banked with them for years and not once did they give me any bs. They replaced my money when it was stolen immediately and dealt with everything for me. The people in the branches were always so sweet, attentive, and genuine. They always tried and exhausted every resource to help me with whatever I needed. I don't bank with them anymore because I moved away; but I wanted to make this review because I haven't found a bank as good as them since.
