I went in to inquire about refinancing my vehicle, as soon as I walked in , I could see the racism in their faces. There was 3 women in there and no one wanted to help me, until one lady finally took us in. She didn’t ask my name, or asked any questions a bank is supposed to ask when refinancing, all she did was go to the back for a few minutes, came back and said they couldn’t help and gave me stupid excuses when she didn’t even ask for my name to begin with.
I have been with this bank for years and they are truly amazing. Janie has worked with me over the past 10 years on financing vehicles and etc.
Just have to give a shout to the great staff at this bank. I lost my wallet a little while ago. I walked into to Credit Union and told the staff. I needed to get some cash out and as soon as i finished and turned around one of the staff was already approaching me with a copy of my DL and SSN so I at least had some form of ID. Above and beyond and very much appreciated!
If you’re looking for a trustworthy credit union, look no further. There is a great sense of community at Member Preferred. I wish I would have joined sooner. Mrs. Miller makes the experience so easy. It is a pleasure working with her. Thank you!
