Use to be a great credit union dont know what happened. Have had nothing but problems from them this past year and trying take advantage of there customers. Was little late on my car payment they didnt even contact us but the money was in our checking account which they usually will just take it out they didnt.instead took my car in the middle of the night. Great employees. Very patient with special needs gentleman they were helping.
Opened an account waited 10 days for a debit card that never came. Placed a call to customer service and was told they forgot to order it. Rep said she would order it and it would take 7 to 10 days. I said absolutely not and closed my account. No offer to expedite the card. A simple whoops Im so sorry.
