So many issues with MemberOne over the years. Between not accepting a United States Passport as a valid ID, to having to do loan paperwork at the teller counter.... After 30 years, MemberOne sends me a letter to change my account numbers everywhere since they merged with another credit union. So now I am having to change numbers everywhere, and they cannot even tell me what their routing number is and my new account number. So after 30 years, I am ecstatic to be closing my account with MemberOne this week and moving to Navy ... read more
