Made the mistake of calling customer service. Recording kept saying avg wait time is 1 minute - 24 people ahead of you. I stopped keeping track of how long and how many times I was told avg wait time is one minute. After awhile I was down to only 20 people ahead of me. Please stop saying avg wait time is only one minute. Putting out fake information doesn't help with costumer goodwill. I gave up. I was taught the error of my way about trying to call. I won't make that mistake again.
I do all my banking here and have never had a problem. All the staff is very kind and helpful
