Staff was very rude tried to deposit over 6 grand to pay my husbands credit card while he had been incarcerated turned in power of attorney 8 times and they refused to take my money. Definitely don’t bank at VACU and the lady didn’t give me the social security card back. Manager is rude and should not be a manager and he refused to give me his managers name and number
Update: how is Virginia Credit union still saying you're late on your loan when they issued the loan forgiveness? I wonder what the shareholders of Virginia Credit Union have to think of all of the frustrated customers, especially the ones closing their checking and savings accounts. Member one is sooo missed! We’ve had nothing but issues with this bank, since the merger happened. We’ve been with them (Member One) over 10 years and never had any issues. It’s time for a change.
Absolutely horrible credit union since the merger. Not only was the merger disastrous but now this new credit union won’t help its members like Member One used too. I applied for a small personal loan for some bills this month since I’m going to have a lower check with slower business and my account was over so the kind gentleman called and said if I make the account positive and reapply for the loan that they would accept it since I had perfect payment history on my credit card and auto loan even though my credit wasn’t the... read more
