What is the point of only being open during the hours when most people work? A lot of people get off at 5:00 or 6:00 would help if you are open a little later than that
Member One continues to demonstrate incompetency. Not only did they hand over nearly $20,000 in cash to a person who stole my identity, they did it using my account that had no money in it. How does something like that happen? No flagging system , no money to cover the checks, no security… and this happened between several branches. This cost me an enormous amount of issues including having to take off to go to court. 24/7 Service has long wait times and when I did the call back 2 times I still never received the call to help with my account.Very disappointed in this Service.
