Paid off my auto loan recently. They still proceeded to take automatic payment out for this month. Told me since their automatic payment system is 3rd party they can't refund to my checking account, and any canceled payment is held for 10 days. (Obviously not canceled, becuase it still got pulled out of my checking account and sent to MemberOne.) Easy to use
I was a member with Member One for years, they recently switched over as all of you know. I went into Food Lion to buy groceries, my card declines with funds available to pay for my groceries. This was extremely embarrassing, I did not call and just chalked it up as a bad day. Today I go to Food Lion again, my card declines as I check out and I get a text 20 minutes later asking if food lion is fraudulent.
