Easy to use
I was a member with Member One for years, they recently switched over as all of you know. I went into Food Lion to buy groceries, my card declines with funds available to pay for my groceries. This was extremely embarrassing, I did not call and just chalked it up as a bad day. Today I go to Food Lion again, my card declines as I check out and I get a text 20 minutes later asking if food lion is fraudulent. Needs faster help inside
This is a horrible bank. They try to sugar coat their reviews but they are disorganized and incompetent to a degree I've never seen with any previous banks. Their integration of Member One has been a huge failure. Spent 8hrs on the phone over days to try to get account balance as someone who uses 6 banks I've never seen such ignorance. I will likely close my account and move thousands of dollars out. My husband and I went to close out a savings account. The teller told us he would see if he can figure out how to do that. He did give us the balance from the account, but he split the money and said we could fight over how to split the change? No context and we were not asked if we needed the money spit in half. We did not receive any confirmation on the account being closed and when asked were told that they didn't know how we would get confirmation that the account was closed. Very unprofessional.
