I stopped banking with MemberOne several years ago and have been with Ally, which is fully online. I needed a cashiers check to pay off a loan, so I went to MemberOne. They drafted my account twice, leaving my account overdrawn with no resolution for a week until the 2nd draft fully posts and I can dispute with Ally. There was no attempt at correcting this, just a series of people saying there is nothing we can do.
