I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau who then forwarded it to the NCUA. When signing up with a local credit union you expect CARE, not CORPORATION. Poor customer service sat on the phone with them for over 2 hours waiting for a phone call just to ask about how much was on my account due to app failure heard more from the ai bot they have on stand by then the song they got playing and this is already my 2nd phone call
VERY disappointed with the customer service I received today at this bank. I was calling to get member one just to mail me a bank statement to my new address in Alabama, so I can get my license changed to yk.. Alabama. Always the best experience with Brittany and her team! Went to ask for help with online login after months of trying to get it done with someone from the back office.
