VERY disappointed with the customer service I received today at this bank. I was calling to get member one just to mail me a bank statement to my new address in Alabama, so I can get my license changed to yk.. Alabama. I was in my bf’s car shop yesterday when I called them, and no issue but I was told I could print my statement out and I explained I needed it MAILED to our house address to take to the DMV. so I called back again today to explain the same thing. the lady on the other line was rude!!! my boyfriend was helping ... read more

Always the best experience with Brittany and her team! Went to ask for help with online login after months of trying to get it done with someone from the back office. Capers & Brittany, kindly and patiently walked me through the whole deal and we accomplished login! I am grateful to them ! If it weren’t for their help, my account would’ve moved from Member One to someone else!
They will frequently place blocks on your debit card if you're traveling out of state. Per them, it's for fraud protection. You are SOL if your card gets blocked because the department that removes the block closes at 5pm EST. You will have no resolution until the following day during business hours. Avoid them.
