While the branch staff are generally very good and incredibly helpful, the overall organization is an unmitigated disaster. As soon as I have the time, I will be changing Banks to one that has even a modicum of competence because this one does not. The transition from member One Federal credit Union completely unnecessary and poorly executed, it appears to have been malicious. The Credit Union of personal choice -- great customer service!
I've banked with Member One for over 30 years, and have always had good service, a few mistakes that were rectified, and pleasant staff interactions. My last few visits, I was assisted by Markus and found him to be accurate, detail oriented, knowledgable about this banks procedures, personable, and eager to assist and please.
