I applied for a Home Equity Loan on March 5th. I have been working with Peter Kelly and Heidi McPherson. I have a completely paid for home - no mortgage - that has been appraised at $300,000 by their appraiser. I have been trying to secure a loan for $75,000 for three months now. Three months is a ridiculously long time for a $75,000 loan against a $300,000 fixed asset. Listen to the promises that your call will be returned as you realize morons created the message in order to avoid doing their jobs.
