The customer service for this company was excellent. They handle my issue quickly and even changed out my products for me. The replacement products I ended up getting were fantastic. These are best fresh! The food comes in cute packaging which even has a bible verse on it. We purchased ours through the BB King museum gift shop because they seemed very "Mississippi".
