This review is based on my true experience while working for an organization for whom Meltzer Hellrung has been providing the immigration services. Not only were they responsible and communicated to the primary applicant ahead of time but also their suggestions have proven very effective in getting the extension approvals on time and without any RFEs till date. We hired Meltzer Hellrung for help with a marriage based green card application. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We continuously received inaccurate and negligent advice from our assigned attorney. After many frustrating months, we terminated our relationship with Meltzer Hellrung and went to another immigration firm, where our case was resolved by an attorney who actually knew what they were doing. I would not recommend Meltzer Hellrung for Immigration matters.

After making my payment, I expected timely and professional communication. However, what I received was the exact opposite. They stopped communicating entirely, leaving me in the dark about my case. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing and unacceptable. I regret choosing this firm and would not recommend their services to anyone.
