I am so thankful for this program and my Trainer! I lost 70lbs in 7 months! The sugar cravings, brain fog, headaches, and a multitude of other health issues disappeared as did the weight! You feed your body every 3 hours minimally, and never feel hungry. It takes mental discipline and behavioral changes...but doesn't everything that is worth it! You have plenty to eat (sometimes more) and you still lose weight. No exercise! Which never broke my heart! Josh provides constructive accountability and is very knowledgeable.
