My first time today. Very interesting. Loved the atmosphere. Reminded me of Las Vegas spa setting. Music, colors, aroma. Super clean. Nice amenities. No rush. Relaxing. I broke a lil sweat but I was afraid to raise the temp too high. Still felt good. Will attempt a higher temp next time for better results. My Functional Medicine practitioner recommended this type of therapy for me. Found it on Groupon.
