My wife came home crying from work today because she reported a horrible bully of a manager and they fired her on the spot. This company bullies there employees and if you dare speak up you will be fired right away. Don't trust this company with your lively hood or your money.
Very rude customer service. From not answering and just murmuring in a rude way to saying “it is not my problem, you figure it out” to simple requests. They keep transferring you before you even get a chance of telling them the issue you need assistance for. I have tried emailing to not bother them (as they always seem bothered) and receive no response.
Absolutely RUDE... Worse Customer Service Specially TINA " who is a Sales Supervisor". lack of manners. Very Disappointed and when I express how I felt about Their Customer Service she said " HONEY I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ODERS FROM YOU ". that's how unprofessional their SALES TEAM is. Never I have been Treated by A Sales Rep or Manager as TINA. If I can give this a 0 start I would. When I mention that One of the Items " a Sign" was Damaged .. they stated " OH YEAH WE KNEW" but still shipped it ..
