The girl named Justine is really rude. She needs to be more professional at her job. She is no help Good luck if you have questions and she's the only one available.
Worst service ever. Basically clothes you can buy in Los Angeles. The store floor is super dirty and the place looks like a tornado went thrue it. Never stepping foot in one ever again.
I bought 3pairs of shoes there but then when wearing one pair I found the make too poor in quality, that's why I went ahead and return the other 2 pairs,wow.. The purchase was just 2 weeks ago and when I pulled out the receipt it was all faded,they couldn't be able to scan, but the barcode still could be read in numbers, but they said they couldn't enter the barcode manually to do the return, that the return can only be done when the barcode scanned. My wife went to this store to try to exchange a blouse she was given for christmas, and when she talked to a lady in there, she was told that they didn't carry that item. And then, and then, when she went browsing in the store, she found the exact item, and went to talk to the manager, who and gtook one at random to show her they did carry the item indeed, but the manager went rude on her and got the blouse from her hands even though that was not the exact size she wanted, and tore off all the labels from the blouse and in a... read more
I was at the Melrose in Houston Tx off of Gessner and the manager got into it with a customer and punched the lady and peppered sprayed the customer and got away with it and continues to work there... She abuses her authority and bullies her employees who are terrified of her! Her store is trashy and smells.. So if you go to this Melrose watch out for the manager with the pepper spray around her neck.. You might just get pepper sprayed or punched....
I came to this store melrose with my wife the manager was falling us around I asked for her name she said azusena the manager was being really rude my wife couldn't even shop when we were there she was falling more people that's how you lose costumers we are never going back to melrose thanks to The manager azusena
Store caters mostly to skinny people and the customer service is generated to only one race. Have been in this location 4 times and each time the service was poor.
