Awesome owner and great store. I go monthly to get my color and he always gives me something. Like a hair pin or sample and it’s things like that that keep me loyal and you’ll never get at cvs. . He’s outlived most Melrose stores because of his customer service and support. Think about it. Do you want to support a corporation or a local family business. Shop local!
The gentleman who helped me was so patient. He waited for me, on Christmas Day, when he was closing the store & I just really appreciated that.
