Went here this past Saturday for their trick or treating event to scout out the place. The staff were rude, and one in particular would not let us have a cookie even though the family before us all got a cookie, mom included. How they treat normal people shows how they would care for their patients. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Awesome place. I have worked in a few other assisted living communities. We have brought together an All star staff. We have an excellent Chef, a phenomenal activities department, a sweet, kind and compassionate group of nursing staff. The business office has a great view ( and follow through) on creating a unique, 5 star senior community for the Evansville area. You or your family member will be cared for here.
I am disabled and was inquiring about the location and services. I called many times and was directed toward the marketing department. It took over a month to get a response from marketing and it turned out that I wasn't even old enough to be considered. I had been really hopeful that I would get to go there. Their pics online looked like they took younger and disabled individuals so I thought maybe I had lucked out. One of the nurses I talked to said they have horrible WIFI internet and that everyone uses the same internet ... read more
Went in to check it out, I could not believe how nice and clean it was. I staff was great and spent so much time with us we almost felt like we were family
