Just picked up my new Meloyelo Ascent 2 ebike and went for my first ride on it and i am really happy & excited about the new purchase. Hi .just bought a beautiful jade green bike from David at Melo yellow ebikes .I absolutely love my bike..so easy to ride..David went out of his way to get the colour I wanted and to get the bike to me quickly..he also spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the bike and letting me test ride it I would post a photo of it but my husband's taken it out for a ride..thanks again David for all your help
I had an issue with my Melo Yelo Supertrail. Dropper seat stopped working. That is all i am going to say now as I am now in a dispute with MeloYelo due to major issues with my Supertrail which were actually made worse due to the dropper seat being incorrectly replaced by a MeloYelo mechanic in Nelson. I dont want to say anymore except to retract my previous good review.
I bought my MeloYelo Town N Trail about 5 years ago. I have had no issues with it other than a couple of repairs needed through my own doing. David is very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided great service; each time the repairs were done fast and professional, keeping the cost to a minimum. I would highly recommend purchasing a bike from David as he provides all-round service, original parts and aftercare as well.
Wow. What can I say? David was absolutely fantastic in helping to set my bike up. Do it’s warranty service and just generally help me out. I can’t say enough about his generosity and how kind and helpful this wonderful man is Thank you, David.
