Overall pretty good. They were extremely patient with me when NIHB gave me bad information and "didn't recieve" the faxes. They did fooolow through and keep communication open. Was not crazy about the long wait for the follow up appointment and had discomfort for longer because of. And after hearing test she decided for me what kind of hearing aid i needed. Postive and comfortable hearing test experience! Welcoming staff, thorough explanation, and easy to follow process. Will definitely be going back to this place for any further testing. Highly recommend!
