Staff were incredible and such a smooth process. Adaire was great and walked me through the steps and was extremely patient throughout the assessment. Highly recommend this place!
Adaire was a pleasure to deal with. She explained everything in a very patient manner, and at no time applied any pressure on me to buy. I did choose to upgrade from my current hearing aids, and based on Adaire's explanations, I feel optimistic that my hearing will be improved.
My wait time was very short and Adaire was very helpful and personable. She explained each step very well. Thank you a pleasant experience.
Very patent with my issues of trying to adjust to my sudden hearing range change. And being a new client to the office Detailed explanation of the new teats and possible routes to take. They were also able to fit me in the schedule to do adjustments on the same day I needed them. Very polite and with understanding to my issue. Thank you so much for being in sherwood park.
