I'm really disappointed with the service today. My nails weren't trimmed or cut to be proportioned, and the polish wasn't dry, so it stained my shoes. I had to walk out barefoot in a busy area, and I saw another customer doing the same. I also had to remove my jewels because of the uneven work — honestly, I don’t know what I paid for.
What a wonderful salon & professional staff. I had the most relaxing experience and my nails look amazing (and she had her work cut out!). Well priced too. Highly recommend
The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to
I will not be returning to this salon. The staff were extremely rude from the moment I walked in. I asked for replacement of my gel on my nails - they did not even shape my nails even after I asked them to or buffed them at all, it was a rushed job and it looks awful. My nails are all different lengths now. The colour selection is also small, quite disappointing. The lady at the end tried to charge me for a manicure when a manicure was absolutely not what I got.
