So, I've been wanting to rate this store for awhile and have held off because I didn't want to draw the attention. But, after reading these reviews and speaking to friends, I feel the need to chime in. I have been to this store twice while in Minnesota for medical treatment. I would not recommend this company it took months to receive my products and I sent 2 emails asking where my stuff was and nothing. Then they finally arrived and they are not what I was excepting, but what would be the point in sending them back. Ridiculous
Not only did I have to wait 5 weeks, but the order was definitely not what was advertised! No response from my e mail to them, not one word on how to make it right. Will NOT order from them again. So disappointed.
I have tried so many times to like this store because I Love Lilly Pulitzer clothes and have purchased many, not from Melly- online direct from Lilly Pulitzer website. Every time I go in Melly the "women" who work there are so unfriendly and come across so self-important! I was just in there yesterday 7-27-20 and there was one other person in the store and I got basically ignored and I was prepared to buy something!
