I had got a vehicle there in May 2024 and finally got my vehicle in July 2024, the sales person kept making excuses. I would like to enjoy my vehicle when we signed the contract. Also my daughter got a vehicle that same day and the same thing happened to her, didn't received her vehicle till July. So last month I had issues already with my vehicle, my battery is dead no longer useable and I had to purchase a new one. Received mail from this company that looked exactly like tax information that was sent out when people are beginning to think about filing their taxes! Taxes are stressful enough without this company addiing to that stress!!!

On Oct 21 my spouse and myself attempted to purchase a vehicle from Melloy Nissan Dealership. We were assured on multiple occacians by sales assiocate and the finance officer/manager that the purchase of the 2023 Nissan Kicks was a ligitmate buy by there finance office. We initial paid a total of $1,000.00 down payment. We were again assured that this was our vehical and were told to come back within 30 days before the tags expire which end on 11/20/23. The work they do is pretty good. Make sure you save your receipts, I've had to have them do the same work more than once.Their customer service is super slow, they keep your car longer than they should. Many things should be covered under warranty and it would be if you went to other Nissan dealers, but they can't be bothered to put in the claim and its usually easier for them to just charge you. So if you feel like fighting for your car to be fixed properly and covered under the warranty you paid for....then bring your car ... read more

As to warranty claims, the manufacturer determines what is covered by the warranty and that is the same from dealer to dealer. Beware the bait and switch! On May 22, 2021, I test drove a 2021 Rogue SV which had the total price clearly marked as $31,265 on the window sticker. This was the final price, including add-on packages and "destination" charges. When I sat down to run numbers with the finance representative, the price was suddenly $33,200 plus TTL. I complained that this was not the price on the window sticker, and the finance rep said "Maybe you were looking at the MSRP." OMG ! Where do I start !!!! I would give 5 negative stars if I could... I am out in Albuquerque on a family emergency and my new 2018 Versa needed an oil change before driving back to Alabama. I took it in on 8/13/2018 and they put the WRONG OIL in it.. Service department put 5w 30 when the vehicle takes 0w 20 which is stated in owners manuel and inside the hood of car. I took the car back and requested they put the correct oil in and change the filter again. When they were done I checked the oil and it was overfilled. The R... read more

We went into Melloy Nissan on Sept 29th because we got a pre-approval letter from the bank. We test drove a 2017 Nissan Sentra with the salesman Alex, long story short he came with an offer that we had to putt $1000 as a down payment and $665. We informed him at the time we can only put $300 as a down payment thanked him for his time and was about to leave. Alex said let me see one more thing before you leave and left.
