14 May 2024: Melloy Dodge’s Express Lane is good to go! I was in and out in no time (less than 30-min) thanks to Ricardo and his crew. Today’s crew had the Express Lane running like a well-oiled machine. The convenient thing about this Express Lane location is that you can watch them (weather permitting) without getting in their way. They took care of my 1500 – treated it as I would; they were thorough, too. I brought my own oil and filter in so today’s oil change only cost me $42! Was able to get me right in to do fuel filter change on my Ram HD diesel but $150 labor for 20 minutes work seemed totally out of line. $360 total, 160 was parts plus some tax.
They force you to get out of your own vehicle and make you wait inside for an oil change. This is so you don't see them do nothing to your vehicle and still charge you a very expensive price for cheap synthetic blend oil. Not even full synthetic. I will come here only if I'm allowed to wait in my vehicle to be sure the work I pay for actually gets done.
