Darin Mellinger is absolutely amazing. I just finished an M&A of my company that was going of the rails. Darin got brought late in the game. He ramped up incredibly fast. Met with me nights and weekends lightning fast every time the other party responded. I was expecting to get hit hard on fees but I was shocked how fair he was. I can't recommend him and his team enough! Literally saved the deal!
I wish I could give zero stars! This company used my notary services for a closing on January 15, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t been paid. One contact number is no longer active, and good luck reaching anyone at their office. A company that dodges a $75 invoice for services rendered says a lot about its integrity. If they won’t pay a small business for legitimate work, imagine how they handle larger financial matters. Proceed with caution.
Terry and Jaime were such a pleasure to work with. I believe this is my third closing with them now and it has always been an extremely smooth and easy process. Both of them are very professional, nice and quick to respond. Great job!
