The receptionist at the front desk is quite rude. I called to inquire about some legal services and she was pretty immediately hostile for some reason and then hung up the phone not four seconds later. All I got the chance to do was say "Hello, my name is Dakota." before she yelled at me and hung up. Kind of crazy
Wow, I am blown away! I walked in to their law office like a lost puppy but they were immediately helpful. Erin took me into her office without an appointment. She couldve told me to hit the road and make an appointment, but she didnt. She was incredibly helpful, caring, and understanding. At no fee, Erin reviewed paperwork I had brought along, made copies, gave me advice on how to proceed, and told me she would look further into the matter. The team there is very professional and they were able to help me in a timely manner and help me understand what needed to be done every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone
