I would give zero stars if I could. At first Melissa was prompt with sending us all the options and suggestions for senior pictures. But she fell off the face of the earth when the payment link she sent didn' work. I attempted to contact her numerous times and she failed to respond. When it came time for our session, She cancelled 48 hours before because the session fee was not paid (even though she still had not responded to my phone calls or emails so its clear she has issues responding to emails in a timely fashion).
