I knew about TENS machines from previous treatments on my lower back, so I bought a TENS machine from Melissa to use at home and it was the best thing ever. She showed me the correct way to use it and went over all the info about safety as well. This was my experience: using the TENS machine was easy, reduced my pain levels and was so comforting. My healing time was decreased, compared to previous experiences of healing from back strain/pain. I love it!
