Madeline has been wonderful! She makes every appointment easy, she explain each step before doing anything, she constantly checking to make sure you’re comfortable, and she’s a great conversationalist! Everyone I have interacted with has been kind and professional, I always feel well taken care of before, during, and after my treatments. Melissa Med Spa is definitely a great place to go if you’re looking for Laser Hair Removal!
Melissa Med Spa is fantastic! Kerri is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. I honestly felt cared for. Madeline is also wonderful. She was so patient and sweet when my HSA card wasn’t working correctly Cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re hesitant, don’t be! It’s worth it.
I don’t think I could recommend this place enough. I wanted to try a med spa closer to home and I couldn’t be more happy that I chose this one. I had to bring my 20 month with me to this appointment and they made US feel so welcome. An absolutely amazing place! The front desk lady is a ray of sunshine! The provider is so informative, professional and personable! I will be going back again and again!
The entire staff was amazing! Professional and polite from the moment I walked in the door. I went in for a coolsculpting treatment and was extremely pleased with the service and treatment I received. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked on me throughout my appointment. I will absolutely be back for more treatments and try out other services! Thank you!
