My daughter- Jocelyn Reynolds- a single mom gave Ms.Melarcher $3500 over a year ago to handle her divorce and custody issues of 4 yr old daughter. She went to court once and then Ms. Melarcher had to have surgery. She told Jocelyn she could refer to other legal council but refused yo return any of the fee.
