We commissioned Melissa Mae Kors for a very special present to some very special people, and she delivered in so many ways. Here's the thing about Melissa --- she doesn't just take direction and turn around a project. Her eyes and ears are more attuned than ours. She understands the nuances of emotion and incorporates that into her work, which now hangs in a place of honor above the baby grand in our loved ones' living room.

Wow. My husband hired Melissa Mae for custom paintings of our kitties for my birthday. They are simply incredible. So lifelike. They also capture the essence of each cat perfectly, including their passions for cardboard boxes and bedside tables. We will cherish these paintings forever. Definitely coming back for a portrait of our son.
