Superb notary -- doing our real estate transactions was so easy and pleasant. Melissa was efficient, knowledgeable, organized, reliable -- and went out of her way to accommodate our schedules and answer all our questions. She also does undivided co-ownership, a service many notaries don't provide. Reasonable cost, very honest (none of this "between x and x" quotes you get from some). Lovely office too, with very convenient tech (big screen, signing app). I highly recommend her.
My sister recently passed and did not have a will. I found Melissa Noodleman and have to say she and her assistant, Ligia, are amazing. The work they did for us was detailed and thorough. She was very professional in the way she handled my family and myself. Also, her invoice was detailed and provided a minute by minute accounting of everything that was done. Also, they are fully bilingual. AN EXCELLENT NOTARY that I will be using regularly if needed. THANK YOU MELISSA and LIGIA.

Melissa is a kind, caring and diligent notary and I am a thousand times thankful to have found her. She took extremely thorough care of me, answered my stupid questions that she reassured me were not witless at all, and even had me believing her on that subject against my better instinct. Charming and informative, she is great to talk to, and she’ll tell you everything you need to know in the friendliest of ways. You would do well to seek her out. I highly recommend her services.
Melissa Noodelman is a diligent, trustworthy notary, and someone I work with on a regular basis. She is meticulous and makes sure that all of the "t"s are crossed and "i"s are dotted...a quality that is so important when looking for a notary. She is patient and answered all of my questions/concerns in short delay. A notary is there to handle some of the most important transactions in one's life, whether it be a will or a real estate transaction. I always felt like I was in great hands with her, and I know you will be too!!
