I highly recommend Melissa Hartigan Photography for your newborn photos. Not only are her portraits absolutely stunning, but Melissa is kind, thoughtful and so beyond patient. She provided us with many recommendations for preparing for our session, which I found helpful as we weren’t sure what to expect. Baby was very fussy, but Melissa was able to soothe him effortlessly and made sure we were able to get the most out of our session. Melissa is absolutely amazing at what she does, she took my newborn photos of my first daughter, which was very difficult because she was fussy. The photos came out amazing and i am so thankful i have them to cherish. She recently took newborn photos of my youngest daughter and my gosh they're amazing. She got my oldest to smile and not throw a complete fit during the session. I could not recommend her more! After finding out I was pregnant I researched a ton of different maternity/newborn photographers. I decided on Melissa based on the quality of her work, pricing, and the fact that she also has her own studio with props, which was a big deal to me since I would be doing pictures during the colder winter months and did not want to be outside.
