Absolutely humiliated me, I think it's because I'm not a high-paying client (the government pays Melissa to represent us). She didn't even have the common courtesy to return my calls. Her assistant Candy (also rude) told me Melissa will never call me back, that she doesn't deal directly with my kind. That is very hurtful. Because I'm low-income doesn't give them the right to be disrespectful & mean. Please don't hire her. That's telling her it's okay to behave like that. Shame on them
Melissa is a great attorney who is very caring and compassionate. Her professionalism and experience is second to none. I highly recommend her services.
