After living in my former home of 30 years, I took the plunge and moved to a new home. The process was insurmountable or so I thought if it wasn’t for my agent and Melissa and her team at ACM. Chasing after documents and receiving requests to sign documents was very stressful, but Melissa took me by the hand and guided me through the process. She was always accessible and was very patient answering my questions. If I had to go through this again, I know I would definitely request to work with Melissa and her team.
Can we say GOAT?!?! There is nothing this lady can’t do. She is patient, kind & knows ALL the things!! She has helped me, my mom, my sisters, my aunt and several friends. I can’t wait to continue sharing her with those I love. If you need someone great for any money things related to a home, she is your gal!! Literally the BEST!
This is my second time working with Atlantic Coast Mortgage, and they do great work! Melissa and I connected on our first call. She made the slight more complicated move so seamless. The ACM online portal is so user friendly too. I sold and moved in a matter of weeks thanks to ACM and Melissa! Highly recommend! My only sad note is the mortgage gets sold almost immediately to another company, but that’s pretty normal when you use a lender and not a bank.
