If I could give more than 5 starts...I would give 10! Four months ago, I called Melissa and she met me at Starbucks at the same hour. She is super fast and she knows her stuff. Some jerk left her a negative review because she didn't pick up the phone. Really dude? Did you leave her a message? She's in high demand because she's very good at what she does! Anything notary or apostille, call Melissa the Atwater notary. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, my apostille went through!

Never answers the phone. Called 4 times in the last week no answer. Why advertise 24hrs services if your never available.
