Although our documents were notarized, Melissa did not communicate that we would not be meeting with her but her co-worker. Her co-worker stated that Melissa gave her the wrong time of the appointment so we had to wait about 20 minutes outside until I was able to get ahold of someone. After giving her co-worker the agreed upon payment and left. Melissa called me to let me know there was an extra $50 needed due to it being done on a weekend.
