When I first went to see Alexandra I wasn't even sure what exactly I wanted from her but after I brought up a few different issues I was having she helped me to see how really they were all interrelated and stemmed from my upbringing. Alexandra has a wonderful way of making you feel calm and grounded. Every time I leave her office, I feel 10x better than I did when I walked in. She helped me feel a lot less anxious in my day-to-day life and since getting hypnotherapy with her, I’ve been able to lead my life in a way that I feel safe and happy, instead of a fear driven life. I definitely recommend her if you struggle with overthinking and anxiety.

Until I came across Alexandra, I had never managed to feel like I had a consistent hold on myself. She helped me to remove so much of the pressure I had put on myself over the years, alongside making sense of patterns and root causes for doubt and self worth which I have struggled with for the majority of my life. Through understanding, attention to detail and the goal of unification and empowerment, she helped me to obtain clarity to measures I had not been able to achieve! Such a beautiful area also!
