I called Melikson Garage Door early in the day In about two hours later this nice guy Technician Giovanni showed up did an excellent job replacing my torsion Springs at no time! Explain everything very for pricing compared to any company around here. Great job will definitely do business with them again.

What an incredibly kind company. The service was super fast. I called on a Sunday at 1 pm and by 2 pm they had diagnosed and fixed my broken springs. My service manager’s name was Guy, he so kind and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to get me the best fix solution for my needs. He was extremely gracious. Thank you for making what could have been a terrible experience a wonderful one.

I would like to thank Guy for such prompt an excellent service. He came last evening to inspect our garage door opener issue, gave us our options and fully explained the process and cost. Only 1 was broke, but we decided to replace both. Guy was back this morning, on time, did the full installation, fully Explained every detail to us. Nothing was a problem to him. This experience was the best in customer service I have experienced in years! Guy was the best.
