Antonio arrived on time and completed an detailed evaluation. The age of our motor and unit were over 25 years! Very courteous and patient, he pointed out that the spring strength was not a good match to the weight of the door and was causing the door to wobble and stop on occasion. We now have a new motor and strong spring. This unit is much more quiet, the upgrade has many new features we will benefit from. Thank you Antonio! Colette
