I had a loud boom early morning and thinking it was probably a blown tire. Upon checking, one of the springs was snapped. Called several garage guys and Melikson picked up the phone (early morning). Joseph came in less than 1 hour and very straight forward. He explained thing really well, provided examples and pointed things out. He offered me three options for what springs to be installed. Excellent service from Melikson Garage Door! Steve came out to inspect and lubricate my garage door, and he did a fantastic job. He was on time, well-prepared, and very professional throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing, ensured all moving parts—including the hinges and springs—were properly serviced, and made sure the door was running smoothly before he left. Highly recommend this company! Joseph & Sagi did an awesome job installing our new garage door opener and springs within 2hrs. They were very professional and customer service driven. We were extremely happy! We called at 1030am, Joseph called 5 minutes later saying he would be here in 30. Great overall experience!
