I rent my house in Santa Clara and got an urgent call from our renter. Lee, the technician from Melikson garage door came out within an hour of my call. It was your basic nightmare scenario. My tenant’s car was trapped in the garage due to the opener, failing. There was no way in or so I thought. Lee came up with a great solution. Jacob was very attentive and helpful. He responded to an emergency I had with my garage door that had been damaged. His recommendation for both short term and long term options was reasonably priced. He provided timely and excellent customer service.

Melikson just installed 2 Gatemaster motors for our gate in St Helena. They showed up on time, finished the job in a professional manner, they even addressed some small issues we had with the gate and which were not part of our contract. With a smile I may add. Leo, their field manager was incredible, very helpful, cooperative, nothing was a problem, he addressed all our issues without any hassles. I highly recommend the company and Thanks to Leo. Good job.

Called about a broken garage door spring at 10am, and was told a technician could be out same day between 11:30 and 1:30. David showed up right around 12, took a look at the problem, explained it clearly and what he would need to do to fix it, then itemized the cost of the parts and labor and gave me a couple of options on the spring replacement depending on the warranty. I called Melikson Garage Door because their response time was advertised as 20-40 minutes. They offered me the appointment in a few days. After I asked today’s appointment or tomorrow the latest, they said they will try to make it and I’ll be informed. In a few hours the technician Joseph showed up.
