Mrs. Melecio quoted us an amount on our refund but then IRS sent us a letter telling us that she had made a mistake on our taxes. A 3000 dollar mistake..I tried reaching her and she said she'd look into it but it's been two months since. I know that we are human but she got paid to do a good job. We will be looking for someone else this coming year.
