La veille de mon déménagement j’ai pris soin de confirmer l’heure d’arrivée approximative de l’équipe afin de coordonner avec d’autres intervenants pour le déménagement de mes boîtes. On m’a alors assuré une arrivée entre 7h45 et 8h15. Le jour même du déménagement, après plusieurs appels de ma part, l’heure d’arrivée a constamment été repoussée (11h, puis 13h, puis 14h), et les déménageurs se sont finalement présentés à 15h. I'm quite impressed! Robert and JP did an amazing job. They were extremely careful with my stuff. I had a particularly fragile and challenging equipment (Magnepan speakers) to pack and secure and Robert went above and beyond. JP packed all my books neatly and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything while Robert and I dismantled the speakers and put them in their original package, which he later added metal straps to, added stiff corners, and printed notes in English and traditional Chinese!! Max and his team did an excellent job moving my mom. They really took care of all her things, made sure to move things into the new place with care and accomodated unexpected changes. Moving is never easy, but Max and his team made it as seamless as possible!
