We have moved 12 times in 46 years and without a doubt this was the best move ever. Andy our lead driver and organizer was stellar, paid attention to detail and kept us informed along the way. His two assistants in Prescott were professional with their packing and the way they handled our belongings was above and beyond. Also the unloading was equally as impressive as the loading. I would never use them again. I had my furniture in storage for 5 months. It was returned damaged and broken. The broken furniture was addressed but not the mold on antique furniture. I was given alot of lip talk, ready made responses from Katrina. She has a script she follows. She asked me to put a written claim and I did on May 28th 2026. To this day, I have heard nothing. Things happen, they could have made it right and they didn't. Expensive and disappointing experience!
We had a great experience with Meldrum. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. A special thank you to Max and his team who were fantastic. They were friendly, careful, hardworking and made the whole process so seamless. We really appreciated the excellent service and care they took with moving everything.
