DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! THEY DELIVERED FAULTY PRODUCT! My partner and I bought to sofas from this store and they are terrible quality within 48 hours we asked for a refund (in the terms and conditions you are allowed to request a return and refund within 7 days) we tried doing this directly through the store who sent us through to their email customer who for the past 3 weeks have been denying the right for a refund! Do not buy from this place there furniture is overprice and the quality is garbage friends of mine brought bed set and it came damaged and the wood it poor quality i wouldnt buy from these guys

I purchased a chair and assembled it to find that one leg was short. I contacted them and asked for a replacement for the faulty chair. They offered to replace it with one from the display at the Ferntree Gully store. I refused to accept a second hand one as I paid for a brand new chair. They then suggested that I pack up the faulty chair in a box which the original box I don’t have any more. They then suggested that I pack it up in plastic and take a photo and send it to them.
