Melbourne Village is a safe, quiet, friendly community. Located near grocery stores, senior center, shopping and easy access to the freeway systems. Any maintenance problems have been taken care of in a timely manner. My wife and I enjoy living here and we frequently recommended Melbourne.
Rather hard to rate a place when all you have is a drive by. I have called twice and left messages. I have emailed twice also with no response. I drove over to check it out. Looked like it could be nice but the door was locked with a note that stated by appointment only. To call or email. What good does that do if you don't respond. If this is how it is with people who are inquiring what is it like for the people who live there? Are you responsive to their needs? I wouldn't know.
We are visiting from Florida and found this lovely 55 and over retirement apartments. All the amenities and access to the shopping; groceries and restaurants ?ou would want. We were impressed with Kerri and Chris, the on-site living managers, by their ready; friendly and helpful way. We highly recommend this place.
we have lived here since 2007. this a local family owned complex for over 55 age. maintenance is handle quickly by chris or kerri who are on site managers and part of the family that own the complex. the complex has activities such as scheduled parties, presentations, cards,bingo,movies and exercise machines. the apartments are well designed and efficient. the lawn care and snow removal is better than any complex i know of in the city. the design of the complex makes it a very safe place to walk at any time. we are a close k... read more
